2. Description of Service

No Vibe No Code offers two free AI-powered tools: Doctor Frankenstein, an idea randomizer, and the Kiroween validator, which scores hackathon project ideas. Our services include:

• Random tech-mashup idea generation
• AI-powered Kiroween project analysis and scoring
• A downloadable readiness file for your project
• Closest-match past Kiroween winners, scored against the official Kiroween 2026 criteria

3. No Accounts

The service is free and requires no account or login. Results are not saved on our servers. To protect the service from abuse, requests are rate limited per IP address.

4. Acceptable Use

Please use the tools fairly. Automated or excessive use may be blocked.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you submit to our platform. However, you grant us permission to process your content, including by sending it to Amazon Bedrock, solely to provide the result. We do not store it on our servers. The AI-generated results are provided for your use, but the underlying AI models and platform technology remain our property.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Submit content that infringes on others' rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Use automated systems to access the service without permission

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated content is for informational purposes and should not be considered professional advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any analysis or generated content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, No Vibe No Code shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will post significant changes on this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
